P.Manasseh – ANA Now Available

ANA (W&W010), the new release from epic45 collaborator P.Manasseh, is now available to buy from Norman Records, in an edition of 200 CDs packaged in custom, handmade card sleeves. ANA sees the multi-instrumentalist working very much in isolation, crafting minimalist compositions that are an exploration of the way we see and interpret the world, an attempt to create sonic systems based on visual patterns and structures.

A digital version is planned for Spring. Stream ‘Moire’ below:

Documenting The Decay in Simon Reynolds’ Picks of 2011

Charles Vaughan Live | Birmingham, October 2011

Documenting the Decay, the debut solo album by mysterious epic45 collaborator Charles Vaughan, is featured in the best of 2011 roundup by acclaimed music journalist Simon Reynolds, author of Retromania and Rip It Up And Start Again. The album rubs shoulders with artists like Oneohtrix Point Never, Tim Hecker and Moon Wiring Club.

Charles Vaughan and epic45 were also mentioned by Reynolds earlier last year, in an article on hauntology for Wired.

Charles was unavailable for comment, but we’re sure he’s chuffed.
